Download the diagnostic tool from:

Open PowerShell, navigate to the directory containing the tool, and run:
./scoutdiag -silent
To run the tool remotely or without displaying a window:
Start-Process -FilePath ".\scoutdiag.exe" -ArgumentList "-silent" -WindowStyle Hidden
After running the tool, send the following files to the support team:
